Bio

Jerry “J.J.” Knauff, Jr. graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in History from Texas Tech University. Thereafter, he went on to receive his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (n/k/a Texas A&M University), where he served as Vice-President of the Student Bar Association and as a member/editor on the Texas Wesleyan Law Review. J.J. is admitted to practice before all Texas State Courts and Federal Courts. He worked as a briefing attorney for Justice Tom James of the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Dallas, then joined the Miller Law Firm in 2002, where he is a shareholder. J.J. was also selected to the Texas Monthly Magazine Super Lawyers’ “Texas Rising Stars” list in 2010 and 2012, named Fort Worth’s “Man of the Year” by the Fort Worth Star Telegram (2002), and received the State Bar-LSD Legal Professionalism Award (2001).
