Bio

Francis J. Leddy, III is the Managing Partner of the Cirpriani & Werner's Woodbridge, NJ (Metropolitan New York) office. He is the Chair of the Cannabis Law practice. His practice also includes wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury litigation involving transportation, premises, products, and construction defect claims.

He has represented numerous public bodies such as boroughs, school boards, and police and fire departments. He also handles commercial and business litigation involving labor and employment disputes, including discrimination claims and enforcement of restrictive covenants in employment agreements.

Mr. Leddy is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Leddy served as a Law Clerk in the Civil Law Division of the New Jersey Superior Court - Bergen County. He is also certified by the State of New Jersey to serve as a Mediator.

He received his B.A. from Villanova University in 2001 and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2005.
