Bio

Andy Gauen defends trucking, products liability, fire and explosion, construction defect, general liability, legal malpractice, business and intellectual property litigation. Andy is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, and has tried more than 50 state and federal court jury trials, bench trial and arbitrations. Andy received his JD from the UW Law School, where he was Managing Editor of the Washington Law Review, is a member of the WSBA Litigation Section, is a founding member of ALFA International's Trucking and Transportation Practice Group, and is active in the American Trucking Association. Andy has consistently been selected as a Super Lawyer since 1997, and has been selected to Best Lawyers in America for Product Liability Defense since 2015. He is Of Counsel but continues to work defending clients.
