Attorney Carlino is a Partner at Rosenblum Newfield, LLC, a civil litigation firm focused on representing health care professionals with offices in Connecticut and New York.

Attorney Carlino has been with Rosenblum Newfield, LLC since 2013. Her practice focuses on representing health care providers in medical liability litigation and regulatory proceedings, and general liability law. Attorney Carlino is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New York and Connecticut, and the United States Supreme Court, handling all aspects of her clients’ cases through appeal. Attorney Carlino was recognized as a Connecticut SuperLawyer^{^®} “Rising Star” for 2017.

Prior to joining Rosenblum Newfield, Attorney Carlino practiced civil litigation in New York.

Diana M. Carlino is a graduate of the University of Vermont, and Pace University School of Law. She is a member of the Mark Twain Library Programming Committee in Redding, CT, the Redding (CT) Democratic Town Committee, and serves as Secretary on the Insurance and Pension Commission for the Town of Bethel, CT.

Founded in 1992, Rosenblum Newfield, LLC has offices in New York and Connecticut. The firm concentrates in the defense of civil litigation matters, with a focus in health care law, medical liability actions, wage and hour law, Medicare trusts, alternative and complementary health care, and administrative hearings. It is known for representation of medical professionals, nursing homes, home health care companies, and businesses in a variety of other industries.
