Kyle Roehler has been recognized as one of America’s Top 100 civil defense litigators. He is principal of the firm. He is a trial lawyer who defends insurance companies, trucking companies, restaurants, retail outlets, and construction companies in state and federal courts throughout Missouri and Kansas. His practice focuses on trucking litigation, personal injury, construction defects, insurance coverage and bad faith, and employment law.

Kyle is rated “AV Preeminent”, Martindale Hubbell’s highest peer review rating for ethical standards and legal ability. He has also earned the “Super Lawyer” designation by his peers in Missouri and Kansas in personal injury defense.
