A founding member of the firm, Tom Flaherty focuses his practice on personal injury defense and commercial civil litigation. I’m passionate about figuring out the best way to get desired results for my clients.” Outside the courtroom, Tom is chair of the WVU Board of Governors and Chairman of Brickstreet Mutual Insurance Company and three wholly-owned subsidiaries.
