Bio

Brandon Henry has extensive jury trial experience, which includes numerous trials involving catastrophic injuries and multi-million dollar damage claims in multiple state and federal jurisdictions. He represents clients in the areas of professional liability, product liability, personal injury and wrongful death, and commercial and business disputes.

In 2013, Brandon was awarded the prestigious Thomas J. Conway Young Trial Lawyer Award by the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. This award is presented annually to the young trial lawyer in Kansas City who best exemplifies two traits of the late Tom Conway: outstanding trial skills and the ability to be a fierce advocate and good friend to opposing counsel at the same time. In addition, he has been selected by his peers as a Kansas City “Super Lawyer” each year since 2009. He has an “AV” Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, that organization’s highest distinction, which he obtained during his first year of eligibility.

Brandon is a contributor to various legal publications and also frequently presents at continuing legal education and professional education seminars. Upon invitation of the faculty, Brandon has lectured on multiple occasions to residents, fellows, and attending physicians at the Duke University School of Medicine in Raleigh, North Carolina, regarding legal and ethical considerations in the practice of medicine. Also, Brandon is a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Kansas School of Law where he teaches a course in trial advocacy.
