Bio

Erica W. Todd-Trotta is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer  by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  The National Board of Trial Advocacy is the only national certification program for trial attorneys which utilizes objective standards, testing and trial experience to allow those trial attorneys who meet the criteria to become certified.

She challenged the theory of common law indemnification in the State of Connecticut and by doing so broadened the definition thereby creating alternative theories to be utilized by the defense of personal injury matters.  The case was thereafter cited in the National Law Reporter.

Bar certifications include Connecticut State and Federal Courts and Supreme Court of the United States.
