Brad practices in the areas of fire/explosion, construction and insurance coverage litigation. He represents a variety of corporations and insurers in personal injury and property damage cases. Brad has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in State and Federal court involving product liability, premises liability, construction and first and third-party insurance coverage litigation including arson and fraud, and fire subrogation.

Brad graduated from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota in 1983. He received his JD from William Mitchell College of Law in 1988. Brad practiced as an associate with the law firm of Flynn, Gaskins & Bennett, LLP, before becoming a partner in 1996. Brad joined Morrison Sund as a Partner in 2010.

Brad is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Institute, the Wisconsin Defense Counsel, the International Association of Arson Investigators (“IAAI”), and the Minnesota and Wisconsin Chapters of the IAAI. He is also a member of the Minnesota, Wisconsin and Hennepin County Bar Associations. Brad is qualified as a mediator under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of General Practice. He has received a preeminent rating of “AV” from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” by Minnesota Law and Politics.
