Bar and Court Admissions: State Bar of Texas; U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas; U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Dan is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated in Martindale-Hubbell®.   He attended the University of Houston (BS, Cum Laude, 1986, and JD, 1989) and is a Member of the State Bar of Texas, San Antonio Bar Association, San Antonio Bar Foundation, Texas Bar Foundation and Texas Association of Defense Counsel.  With the San Antonio Bar Association, he has been a  Director (2011 and 2012), Chair of the District Courts Committee (2008 - 2011) and Chair and Officer of the Litigation Section (2006 - 2010).

Over the years, Dan authored or contributed to various publications for the San Antonio Lawyer magazine, the Subpoena newsletter for the San Antonio Bar Association, and the Bar in general, including the Bench Book of Bexar County, 1st Edition; Guide to the Civil District Courts of Bexar County; and Jury Selection and Voir Dire Examination in Civil District Courts of Bexar County.
