Bio

A 1986 graduate from the Delaware Law School (now Widener University School of Law), Mr. Laughlin has spent his career handling litigation in the New Jersey Courts. He has argued before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and before the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey, as well as filing opposition briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court. His experience includes Tort Claims Act matters, construction disputes & accidents, complex contract disputes, insurance defense matters, malpractice actions, products liability matters and many other forms of litigation. In addition to his over 30 year career in litigation, he has general practice experience in Municipal Government relations, Local Public Contracts Law issues, employment contracts, real estate transactions, contract negotiation and much more.

A life long resident of Monmouth County, and proud to actually be from the Jersey Shore, he is humbled to be well thought of by his peers, and honored to be among them.
