Mr. Barger is a partner at Chapman Glucksman Dean Roeb & Barger where he handles a variety of cases including construction, bodily injury and professional liability matters. He also serves as a Mediator and Special Master at ADR Services, Inc. at all of its offices throughout California.

Mr. Barger served as President of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel in 2016. He continues to serve on the ASCDC board in the emeritus position. He is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and is on the board for the California Defense Counsel. He is a member of the California Building Industry Association and is on the Speaker’s & Topic’s Committee for the annual West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar. He is also a member of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance and the Federation of Defense Corporate Counsel.

Mr. Barger has trial, arbitration, and mediation experience, including serving as lead counsel at multiple, long cause trials. He has the distinction of achieving the highest rating of “AV” by the prestigious national lawyer rating organization Martindale-Hubbell, has been recognized for multiple, continuous years as a Super Lawyer and Best Lawyers of America. .
