Mr. Gray has over 30 years of experience in a broad ranging civil practice involving construction, insurance, personal injury, environmental law, and commercial litigation. Mr. Gray has tried, to verdict, over 80 jury trials involving products liability, personal injury, wrongful death, and commercial disputes.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Mr. Gray has served as a mediator and arbitrator in disputes involving personal injury, wrongful death, construction defect, property damage, and probate and estate litigation. He is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice and completed the 30-hour Mediation Training Program established by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
