Mr. Courtois is a civil trial lawyer with a wealth of experience in a wide variety of civil litigated matters, including commercial litigation, business litigation, insurance defense and bad faith matters, personal injury and toxic tort defense, construction defect, breach of contract, and professional defense matters. He has experience in complex and high dollar damages cases, as well as routine insurance defense matters. He has handled mass tort matters and has experience successfully petitioning for the establishment of a Texas MDL matter. He obtained $3,000,000 judgment in real estate limited partnership fraud case. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Southern Methodist University Law School, over the last thirty years, Mr. Courtois has established a reputable, ethical, and successful litigation practice representing individuals and companies in a wide variety of trial matters throughout Texas.
