Represent various retail businesses, including “big-box” stores, property developers, maintenance providers, property management entities and contractors, in defense of personal injury and property related lawsuits in the New York and New Jersey State courts and as well the Federal courts. Manage the oversight of all litigation and all subordinate attorneys in the firm’s New York office as Resident Managing Partner.
