Litigate and defend from, pleadings to resolution, all aspects of general and commercial liability, including premises and product liability, construction defect, “Labor Law”, false arrest, assault and battery, motor vehicle, and insurance and contract related claims from inception through trial.  Represent various retail businesses, including “big-box” stores, property developers, maintenance providers, property management entities and contractors, in defense of personal injury and property related lawsuits in the New York and New Jersey State courts and as well the Federal courts.  Manage the oversight of all litigation and all subordinate attorneys in the firm’s New York office as Resident Managing Partner.
